First thing you want to do is go get a new SS frame.

Next, you will need your old Bianchi frame. My choice is the
Steel Integrated Single Speed.

You will need to clean any grease and or impurities.

Cut a circle out of any thin guage steel.

(I used 16 ga w/ a paper towel template)

Just fill in the chain stay holes for a good seal.

Next step is to cover your bottom bracket sides w/ the circles you cut.

Make sure they are centered and have at it.

Go ahead and smooth out your welds after they are in.

Now it is time to make the cuts.

Again, you are going to want to clean all your cuts.

Make sure to put a rubber trim strip around the top of the down tube.

A 13/16 socket will fit just right in the seat tube.(make sure it
is put in upside down so it will hold the screen)

Now your new Bianchi Single Speed conversion is complete, and filled with your favorite tobacco you are ready.

Light it up and INHALE.

...and ENJOY.
